What shipping method does DiamondsByNature.com use?
DiamondsByNature.com uses UPS as the primary carrier; some items can be shipped via USPS Registered Mail. All of our shipments are fully insured, and as required by the insurance we can only ship NEXT AIR DAY. Note: USPS Shipment usually takes 3 – 8 business days.

Return Policy
In the unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction, any merchandise purchased at DiamondsByNature.com may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 20 days of the transaction. No returns accepted without our authorization number, returns must be accompanied by an RAC, and original invoice. A restocking fee will be charged for some items. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
All sales of custom made or special order items are final. No return or exchange can be offered for these types of items.

How To Make a Return
- Please notify Diamonds by Nature immediately for specific instructions and Return Authorization Code (Telephone Number: 212-972-2090).
- The diamond must be returned immediately using detailed return instructions included in the package. Download return instructions form.
- In all cases, the customer is responsible for returning the merchandise, fully insured, and in the same condition it was purchased from Diamond by Nature. If you wish to send it using USPS, you can find a “Registered Mail” form inside the package.
- Secure the merchandise and Jewelry Appraisal Certificate inside the original jewelry box or bag. Enclose all original packaging, including diamond certificates and appraisal forms (where applicable). Use the original delivery box, if possible.
- Please Note: The replacement value for a diamond certificate is $200.
- Your credit card authorization will be released as soon as the merchandise has been inspected by Diamonds by Nature and found to be in the same condition as initially purchased.
- All the products from Diamonds by Nature come with a 20-day warranty unless advertised differently.
- Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
- Walk-in return or replacement service will not be accepted without scheduled appointment.
- No return / exchange / warranty after thirty (20) calendar days from the date of purchase.
- All returns must include a valid RAC (Return Authorization Code given by customer service).
- Returned Packages with an invalid RAC will be accepted.
- All sales of custom-made or special order items are final. No return or exchange can be offered for these types of items.
- All items must be sent in a box. Do not use envelops for such items.
- No values are to be declared anywhere on the box.
- For security reasons, write DBN, rather than Diamonds by Nature, on the outside of the box
